Employee morale has been at the forefront of departmental change for 2022. Along with technological advancements and communication enhancements, employee morale is an initiative driving full force across the department. Friday, April 29, Director Mario Bazile hosted a service pin breakfast for employees receiving service pins in 2022 for January through April. He recognized the 2021 January through April employees as well. Employees enjoyed a light breakfast with the director and administrators. Bazile asked each employee to give their best moment in the department: Bazile and Assistant Leo Webb distributed certificates of appreciation and service pins.
