Minions everywhere. The Parks and Recreation West Bank office staff and maintenance held a minion-themed Halloween potluck party on October 31. All employees were encouraged to wear either yellow or purple to match the despicably spooky theme. In addition, employees spotted unique visits from Gru, Dr. Nefario, and Agnes’ unicorn.
