Councilman Byron L. Lee and JPRD celebrated the newly installed outdoor fitness park for Woodmere. The new fitness park is among other free-standing fitness stations being installed around District 3. The fitness park is a handicap-accessible fitness park that provides an opportunity for safe and socially distant workouts for all ages and abilities. Councilman Byron L.Lee and JPRD transformed excess space into a free community asset for Woodmere and Westbank residents to enjoy.

“I am thrilled that this fitness station provides a safe and healthy outdoor fitness area that is accessible for all residents with different abilities to enjoy- it is another example of our ongoing commitment to providing affordable opportunities to promote health and wellbeing for the residents of the Woodmere area to enjoy,” said Councilman Byron L. Lee.
